EBS for Transportation
Booking the Ride Should Feel Easy. Getting Paid Should Too.
A trip runs on a schedule — a quote, a deposit, a balance, and the contract invoice after. We set up your payments around that rhythm, then show you, in writing, exactly what each run costs you to take.

01 — How Transportation Gets Paid
From Booking to Balance, One Card Story.
A single trip can touch money four times — quote, deposit, balance, and the invoice after. Your setup should follow the trip, not force the trip to follow the terminal.
01
Deposits That Hold the Date
A charter isn't booked until the deposit clears. Take it online the moment the ride is booked, so the date is backed by money — not a promise and a voicemail. Deposits taken online cost more to process than a chip read at the curb; we show you that gap in writing instead of burying it.
02
Balances Without the Chase
Send a payment link for the balance before the run, and the vehicle rolls with the trip already settled — no cash counted in the lot, no invoice aging in a drawer.
03
Contracts & Recurring Routes
School routes, team travel, corporate shuttles: cards and accounts on file, invoiced on the schedule the contract sets — monthly, per run, or per season.
04
Onboard & Curbside Payments
Drivers take cards where the passenger is — chip and tap on the vehicle, at the curb, or at the venue door. Extra stops and upgrades settle on the spot.
05
Groups & Events
Weddings, tournaments, reunions, company outings: bill the organizer by invoice or payment link, and let riders settle their own shares without passing a hat. One event, handled both ways.
06
No-Shows & Cancellations
A no-show costs the run either way — the empty seat, then the dispute if the charge is challenged. A card on file, a stated cancellation policy, and a clean record are what let a cancellation charge stand up. We set the flow up so the paperwork is already done.
02 — The Right Setup
Equipment That Fits the Fleet
We look at how your trips actually run before prescribing a single device — where riders pay, where drivers stop, and what the office invoices. Each seat gets the gear that fits it.

03 — What It Costs
One Processing Fee. In Writing.
Most properties learn their real rate from a statement autopsy. We publish ours before you sign: the card networks set interchange, we add 0.50%, and merchant services are $35 a month flat. The full math lives on our pricing page.
Processing
Interchange + 0.50%
Each card's true cost passes through, plus one published processing fee. No tiered mystery, no padded rates hiding in the fine print. Deposits taken online price differently than a chip read at the curb — we show you that gap in writing.
Monthly
$35/mo Flat
Merchant services at one flat monthly fee — not $35 plus a page of line items you find later.
Equipment
$35 One-Time Placement
A one-time $35 shipping & handling fee places modern equipment through the Equipment Placement Program. No lease, no monthly rental.
